Hi, I'm Sadie! I'm the baker behind The Happy Mac. I bake small batch French macarons out of my home in Monroe, OR. I started baking macarons in 2020 and immediately fell in love with the challenge that comes with them. I went to school to become a pharmacist but decided it wasn't for me. I started this business in 2022 so that I could stay home with my son, Shiloh, and I am so thankful for the amazing community that supports me and my business so I can do just that.
